Solar Powered Automated Barrier
No mains? No problem! A Solar Powered car park barrier can be operated using solar and/or wind power up to 500 times per day.
With each automated barrier individually rated to operate the required number of daily operations on the shortest day of the year, a solar barrier can often save thousands of pounds where mains is not installed to the barrier site.
The standard Solar Barrier is supplied with a twin solar panel suffient for 10-20 operations per winter day (dependant on location), 6m box section boom, rest post infra-red beam and inntrnal control panel. For busier entrances or to add accessories, simply use the solar calculator at check out to rate your own barrier.
When coupled with wireless or GSM technology, the solar powered automated barrier can offer a truly remote installation, providing security and traffic flow management using green power.
