The Buy With Confidence (BWC) scheme gives consumers the assurance that they are dealing with a business which is committed to high standards of trading. After six years of building a reputation for outstanding customer service, it was only natural for Solar Gates UK to work towards gaining some recognition for being an honest firm with high standards.
Kent County Council Trading Standards Officers vetted the business for trustworthiness and to make sure we comply with consumer protection laws. This also invoved all staff becoming CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked as well as checks on our previous customers to ensure they were happy with the service they received.
Only traders that pass these strict checks are accepted on to the scheme and are able to display the Buy with Confidence logo. Approved businesses are constantly monitored by Trading Standards to ensure their standards remain high and feedback will also be invited from their customers.
