Platinum Package
  • 2 full service and recalibration/set-up visits including a full safety check and advice on any malfunction the system may have at the time and up to 4 emergency call outs.
  • The cost of all labour and consumables required to carry out the service and safety checks as well as a full inspection and report of any known faulty equipment the system may have at the time of service.
  • £575 per annum (£50 surplus for services to coincide with BST for timer changes)
  • £695 per annum for same day service for faults reported before 2pm
This service cover excludes: The cost of any labour or out of warranty parts required to repair the system. Accidental or malicious damage to the system or its operation. However, it does include a substantial 25% discount on any labour and parts required to repair the system within the period of the contract.
