Service Plans

Our job doesn't end once we've fitted your site barrier - we like to look after you throghout the year to give you peace of mind. Choose the best service plan for you.

Once your barriers are installed, they will have been through a number of rigorous tests to ensure not only that they run smoothly and reliably, but also that they are at the highest safety standard.

We will check how it's working, identify any faults, damage and potential for failure that may affect your security.

Whether we are fitting new barriers or servicing/repairing those we didn't install, we always recommend an ongoing service plan to ensure that not only will they be safety checked regularly, but also identify problems, hopefully avoiding call-out fees.

It's us who will remind you when it's due - you'll never have to worry about it being out of date.

24/7 Repairs

We know that security is 24/7 - and that's why we make sure we can get an engineer out to you whatever time you have a breakdown. Our 24/7 service will get an engineer with you whatever the time of day or night. We understand that an interruption of security is a real problem and whilst our priority is safety, security must also be protected.

Just call our head office and speak with one of our service team. If it's out of hours, your call will automatically divert to the engineer on-call.

This service is for our own installations and others too, although a Gate MOT will be required for gates which we haven't previously worked on by us. All of our service plans include unlimited call-outs at no additional cost.

Call-out fees (excluding VAT):

  • Standard (9am - 5pm): £250 for call out and first hour, extra hours at £125 per hour.
  • Evening/weekend: £420 for call out and first hour, extra hours at £210 per hour plus £99 travel charge.
  • Bank/public holidays: £540 for call out and first hour, extra hours at £270 per hour plus £125 travel charge.
  • Solar battery swap: £125 plus mileage and toll charge (assuming the reclaimed batteries are recoverable).

Travel is charged at 65p per mile (excluding VAT).

Installations & upgrades

New gates or old - we can fit bespoke or upgrade your existing permanent system. Invite us over for a free chat and quote. Safe. Secure. Cost-effective. Ask us about commercial; residential; schools; car parks; construction sites; highways; tourist sites.

Installations: Whatever the reason you need a gate or barrier for, we can suggest the best type for you, taking into consideration the purpose, space available and budget. We are able to solve most problems that arise when a gate is needed and always come back to our engineering knowledge to give you the best product for the job.

Once you have your new gate/barrier, you will also have a high standard of safety both documented by us and on a certificate for your own peace of mind and for your insurance.

Upgrades: You may have had your gates or barrier for a while and are looking to upgrade them to meet current safety standards, want a different gate, would like remote access added or other digital functions or need it to operate differently.

We can come to assess your gate/barrier to let you know the best way forward and give you a quote for any work we propose.

Whether you are having a new installation or an upgrade to an existing one, you will receive the same service from us. A free site visit and quote from a qualified security expert. Once you instruct us, you will then have a dedicated project manager who will oversee all stages of the installation.
